Delphine welcomes you around her inventive and fresh cuisine.

The dinners:


Every evening from Monday to Thursday , she concocts meals for you made from local products, the catch of the day and the market.

Organic fruits and vegetables from the garden complement his recipes.

You will eat healthy and tasty, following his inspiration of the day around unique menus each time different.

A moment of sharing around the table d'hôtes where you can meet the other guests of the Castelo Vendom.

Aperitifs precede dinners around the famous Brazilian caipirinha made of unprocessed sugar which gives a caramel color to the lime-cachaça mixture. It is offered to you every evening with your dinner, accompanied by a few appetizers, including the famous pao de queijo, freshly made at Castelo Vendom by Maria.

Something to ignite your early evening!

The dinner served around 8 p.m. consists of a main course and a dessert. Still water is offered to you.

Do not hesitate to ask Delphine the wines she has selected to open your taste buds.

White and red wines from South America: Argentina and Chile are worth tasting!

Half-board must be reserved when you make your reservation, so you can benefit from the advantageous rate of R$120/pers.

On weekend evenings, dinners can be reserved the day before (150RS/pers) on site or taken outside.
Parajuru offers many food trucks and small local restaurants on weekends. We can also organize outings to other surrounding villages.

The breakfasts:

Hearty French breakfasts to hold your sports mornings: homemade bread and jams, fruit, French butter, but also pancakes, French toast, corn cake and tapiocas depending on the day... something to treat you differently every day. morning!
